Short on time but want maximum results? Try the SportFIT HIIT class! Certified metabolic and fitness specialist Nancy will rev up your metabolism to burn fat and tone muscle in just 30 minutes. We meet in central Austin on Friday mornings from 6-6:30a.
This is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that will get one last cardiovascular burn in to get your weekend started right. Every workout can be geared to every fitness level, so just because it is high intensity doesn’t mean you have to be a high level athlete to try it. We will modify every workout for every client so that each participant gets maximum results. This is a limited availability class, so sign up now!
