Based on the philosophy that workouts should be a fun and regular part of your routine, we strive to bring the most variability and inventiveness to each workout. Sport-specific training is incorporated into our classes to get you ready for any SSC season. Workouts are one hour in length and include a warm up, strength/cardio workout, and stretching cool down. To ensure that no two workouts are the same, we use a wide variety of equipment like medicine balls, speed/agility ladders, harnesses, and resistance bands.
AM Class: 6:00 AM
PM Class: 6:45 PM
Sessions last for one hour.
Class is held three times a week – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus an extra FREE Wednesday workout.
