Prepare for your first 5k the fun way!

So, you say you never run unless chased? But, you’re thinking you might like to start? Well start out on the right foot and avoid injury with proper form training, warm-up instruction and graduated distance escalation. This run training class is specifically designed for those who haven’t run since Student Council. If you’re fit enough to make it to class, then we can have you 5K ready in just 60 days!
 
FORMAT:
1 track session per week
1 group run per week
Sessions approximately 1 hour
 
WHEN & WHERE:
Mondays – 6:45pm at Austin High School
Thursdays – 6:45pm at Austin High School
